Often times the needs for younger spouses are very different that older spouses. They may still have children at home and or needing to still maintain a job. This a informal group that looks at the challenges now as a single parent.

This group is designed for individuals and families who have experienced the death of a loved one through suicide. This is an informal lunch where we talk about various concerns we may have in the grief process and a chance to get out and have lunch with others. The group meets the 1st Tuesday of each month at 11:30 a.m.

Out to Brunch meets at 1:00 p.m. at Ruby Tuesdays. This is just a great way to meet others and have something to eat. Since weekends can be more difficult.
